MAKE A CHANGE, VOLUNTEER TODAY!


I have a dream today; in the larger picture IT IS WORLD PEACE…

 

For now, for RIGHT NOW, I will settle for all Americans, from all states and territories, and all across the world.  To put down the instruments of destructions, and to pick up the tools to allow one another to live in the liberty and freedom that has been fought for far too long!  Literally, what does this mean?  This means that we all need to work together to offer every one a safe place to sleep, food to eat, and universal healthcare!  I am NOT talking about socialism!  I am talking about TEAMWORKISM! Not a hand out, or even a hand up!  Each and every one of us, want to work to make our situation better, safer, and more comfortable.  We need to look inside ourselves however and stop the raping of mother earths resources!  Because even if they were unlimited, we are using our amount disproportionate to the rest the world.  We are no better of a human being than any one else living in another country.  When we join hands, LITERALLY working hand-in-hand to create things like Health Care for all, Food, and Shelter for all.  We will no longer be in antagonism with one another in the manor we live today!

 

I have a dream, that volunteerism will show the great jewels that it holds!  That people will see that when you work to better yourself, you body feels better.  BUT, when you work to better others situations, you have bettered everyone’s situation!  The saying IS TRUE, “Our country is only as good as the least among us!”  When you help another, your mind, and SOUL, your being is uplifted and you change your world that very day forever.  As a nation WE will not be told, “You can not!”  We will not be told, “You never will!”  We will not be told, “Things are too tough, or impossible!”  WE JUST DO!

 

YES WE CAN!  YES WE WILL, and YES WE ARE!  Today, I have a dream.  That tomorrow will be a better place.  All Americans will have health care!  All Americans will have a home, a job, food, water.  This dream will be realized not because of any small thing I might have to offer.  It will be realized with what things we all have to offer, and we will find out that in our time of “need,” our time of, “strife.”  We ALL WILL rise to the call to make this a better place.  This is no longer the time to talk about different generations, different cultures or races, different religions or believes, or even different economic backgrounds.  We all have a need!  We all have our will, and together we will make this happened. 

 

It all starts with YOU!

 

You in a small place, with little resource passing along, what you can to the next, and the next and the next.  Volunteering is contagious, plant a tree, conserve, save, reuse, direct, move a mountain!  Let each and everyone of us start the fire to clean up our streets in every way.  Make way for those in need, become a role model for those who do not believe yet!  As this country starts to become organized, we can offer our help to our neighbors.  Free Africa from the oppression in every way, Free the Middle East from the belief that weapons and not words are the way to change the world, Free the countries of China and India from the restrictions of over population.

 

These changes only SEEM large!  Have you ever heard of beginners luck?  It is my belief that this exist because the person is not aware of limitations.  We do not know, what we do not know.  Now we have the opportunity to embrace the change!

 

I voted for Barack Obama, you may or may not have.  You may not have voted at all.  This is a time were the country has seen a dream realized!  Use that momentum, carry that HOPE, make what some say is the impossible, POSSIBLE!

 

You may or may not be aware that there is a big rousing happening in the scientific community.  Particular around the area of physics and/or quantum mechanics, this is the science that involves what we are made of.  Just as scientists proclaimed that the earth was round and not flat thousands of years ago, science is now showing the world that we are all interconnected, AND we all influence the physical world with our mind.

 

That maybe one thought you might have to get used to.  Either way, believe or not, the world is progressing with or with out you.  Do you want to be a part of the change or not?

Become the change!



Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy!




I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the Emancipation Proclamation. This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of Negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.

But one hundred years later, the Negro still is not free. One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the Negro is still languished in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land. And so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

In a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable Rights" of "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."

But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. And so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of Now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God's children.

It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. This sweltering summer of the Negro's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. And those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. And there will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

But there is something that I must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: In the process of gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred. We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. And they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

We cannot walk alone.

And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

We cannot turn back.

There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "When will you be satisfied?" We can never be satisfied as long as the Negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. We can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. We cannot be satisfied as long as the negro's basic mobility is from a smaller ghetto to a larger one. We can never be satisfied as long as our children are stripped of their self-hood and robbed of their dignity by signs stating: "For Whites Only." We cannot be satisfied as long as a Negro in Mississippi cannot vote and a Negro in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote. No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream."

I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow jail cells. And some of you have come from areas where your quest -- quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive. Go back to Mississippi, go back to Alabama, go back to South Carolina, go back to Georgia, go back to Louisiana, go back to the slums and ghettos of our northern cities, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed.

Let us not wallow in the valley of despair, I say to you today, my friends.

And so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.

I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal."

I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia, the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood.

I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a state sweltering with the heat of injustice, sweltering with the heat of oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice.

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

I have a dream today!

I have a dream that one day, down in Alabama, with its vicious racists, with its governor having his lips dripping with the words of "interposition" and "nullification" -- one day right there in Alabama little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers.

I have a dream today!

I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, and every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight; "and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together."

This is our hope, and this is the faith that I go back to the South with.

With this faith, we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith, we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. With this faith, we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to stand up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day.

And this will be the day -- this will be the day when all of God's children will be able to sing with new meaning:

My country 'tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing.

Land where my fathers died, land of the Pilgrim's pride,

From every mountainside, let freedom ring!

And if America is to be a great nation, this must become true.

And so let freedom ring from the prodigious hilltops of New Hampshire.

Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of New York.

Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of Pennsylvania.

Let freedom ring from the snow-capped Rockies of Colorado.

Let freedom ring from the curvaceous slopes of California.

But not only that:

Let freedom ring from Stone Mountain of Georgia.

Let freedom ring from Lookout Mountain of Tennessee.

Let freedom ring from every hill and molehill of Mississippi.

From every mountainside, let freedom ring.

And when this happens, when we allow freedom ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual:

BANG -and with that thought we have found world peace!

What makes humans great?  Greatness!  Without humankind that word would not exist.  A kin to the trees falling in an empty forest, without humankind nothing would exist.  There is a mysterious wonder, a magic, a GREATNESS about the presence of humankind.  We are what bring possibilities into existence.  There has been a vast and amazing wonder to the things that we have pondered.  From the who, to the what, to the where, and the why and most recently how.  We (ALL OF US) share a common connection where we are all plugged into this extraordinary spiritual power source.  Where anything is possible and the more something is studied, analyzed or pondered the more likely it is possible yet more over probable. 

 

We make the unthinkable, thinkable!  Sure, there is a cost to this, for as far as we dream up good and greatness.  We can conjure great pain and madness.  1, just 1 can kill millions or billions of living creatures and/or people.  Just as 1 can save the world, from a disease, or bad thought, or wrong path, in a stroke of genius.  We look to each other with the same power and intensity that we look to ourselves.  We often times wait for the other to make their move in history.  We have had gods in our name, and idols, and wizards and kings.  We fight, think, and pray in the names of GODS and wizards and kings. 

 

Why? 

Why do we allow ourselves to disillusion each other?!?  No mater what your beliefs are, in whatever religion, YOU have free will!  NO ONE pushes your hand!  And even more true, NO ONE EVER WILL… PUSH YOUR THOUGHT!  So now, why, and how can you kill another?  While death may or may not be finial, the end of a life here on earth is!  YOU, and me and WE are a precious commodity and not 1 can be spared?!? 

 

If you have every thought about the possibility of killing yourself, or another, think again.

 

STOP and think again!  Who told you to, and why, are you continuing an on-going pattern?  Is there an end game?  Will you win?  If you kill yourself that is the last humanly deed you can do, if you kill them you make it even more impossible to help you!  In this ever-smaller globe of life, we are getting to know more, and more.  We are truly all connected and truly all the same.  The chemicals that make up the miracle of you are the same as the miracle of me.  Just as any material reacts differently in a different mediums, we do all the same, but you are no different from me.

Necessity is the mother of invention; GOD is the mother of intention.  You were given, or you found, on your own, FREE WILL.  The ability to think anything you want, and if you tried hard enough, you can DO everything you want.  No, there maybe naysayers and people who do not want to think about possibility.  Maybe they are comfortable with the statuesque.  Do not rock the boat, a flood maybe coming.  Let me just point to one pattern that can remind you of where we have been and were we are going.

Now rather you want to believe it or not, that is up to you, but 90% or more who have studied this topic or thought about it, knows it is TRUE.  Out of nothing, or something infinitely small came everything.

 

We have not always been given that truth.  Well you may not have thought about it, or thought you can know about it, or thought you should care about it, but this is what it means to you, and me and WE.

 

 

There was a person, who gave birth to you!

There were many mothers who gave birth to us, and from nothing became something nearly seven BILLION now. That is 7,000,000,000 tiny possibilities that started from one tine spec of an egg.

  That is you and me.

 

Our brains work the same, exact same way!!!  It has been proven, and now it is being brought to light and to YOUR LIFE!

 

Follow me through this very simple thought experiment.

Go back to one (1)

Nothing else but one human being!

One person, on this earth and nothing else but earth.  All they had was their mind, it could have had HATE, or LOVE, or any thought of the kind.

 

A tiny little spark ignites a fuse to the world!  SSSSSSSSSsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss BANG!  The first idea was born, transferred from one nerve cell to another just as you have been doing since your brain cells formed!

 

Here is the miracle!  There is infinite possibilities and combination to what you can dream of,

 or THINK OF,

 or CREATE!

 

EVERYTHING that is manmade was once an IDEA!

 

 

STOP

WAIT

THINK

 

EVERYTHING THAT IS TODAY WAS AT ONE TIME AN IDEA!

 

So simple, but complex at the same time.  The simple part is self-explanatory, even more obvious than the word explanatory.  The more complex part comes here.  One tiny, infinitely small electron (a part of an atom) was the beginning of a thought!  Which turned into an idea, and became either instantly or eventually a REALITY.

The IDEA itself once conceived is now alive and ready to morph, from one persons Idea to another…

Now at one point the earth was flat, and for some reason things just fell to the ground, and the lights in the sky just floated around and around, out of this world! 

 

The world became larger, we saw it was round, and little by little a picture of our universe that started in some ONE persons head, became clear to all and it began to spread.

 

We are just one thought away from our next move. 

To love or to kill or to heal or to steal, to make or to break, ignite or to fight, to fly or to run, to live or to DIE!  Yes, thank GOD it is all in your head, and one day if you generous it will spread.  If it’s true, it will hold, if it’s false, it shall fold.

 

There is no (1) creator of this writing!  We are conveying what we have learned and been taught by the crowds and the masses.  We are all connected, be true to yourself, think right for us all.  In return, if we all put it to conscience we can make it a difference…
